The Cleveland House provides a wonderful environment with all of the amenities for only one purpose. To allow any individual new to recovery, having decided to live a "12 Step Life Style" every opportunity to become a successful winner in life.

Alcohol and drug addiction are serious issues that effect individuals world wide on a daily basis. Heartache and despair, matters of health, legal circumstances and institutionalization are common bi-products of the disease of any form of addiction.

The families of those that suffer from addiction suffer also, and it is common that a decision to abandon there loved one whom is suffering from the disease is pondered upon, and often becomes an option, a choice, and in some cases even a reality.

Stories of families divided, jobs lost, financial devastation and legal calamity are often accompanied by depression, anxiety and is common amongst those effected by the disease. At this point and in most cases, all seems hopeless and the one addicted may also become abandoned by every person, place and thing in there life.

The Cleveland House functions and adheres to the principles of the 12 Steps of Recovery and based solely on the concept of one whom has suffered and overcome successfully, reaching out to assist one who is suffering and willing for help now.

To offer hope where there has been despair, to offer light when there has been darkness, to offer laughter when there has been tears and to above all else live a "Addiction Free Life" one second, one minute, one hour and one day at a time.

That after an honest look at ones self, combined with hard work and guidance of the 12 Steps of Recovery, to see winners emerge. That families are reunited, that employment is obtained, legal circumstances are resolved, that winners are apparent and become willing to give back what they have in essence with gratefulness received.
