INTERNET EXPLORER SETTINGS Version 6 and 7

In order for our facility to be viewed on your Computer our Camera Interface will need to install an ACTIVE-X Component called DVR CONTROL to allow you to remotely choose 8 (eight) different Cameras in our facility.

Upon entering the Password obtained from us a file called DVRX.ocx must be installed on your Computer.

There are two reasons for this.

The first so that you may again choose the "Camera Remotely" to view our facility

The second for Security Purposes. Multiple State of the Art Visual Live Camera FEED access is time sensitive and monitored by the Cleveland House.

The DVRX.cox file has been custom created for the Cleveland House and there fore not registered with Microsoft.

The DVRX.ocx file is private and protected due to the security issues of our facility and for our guests anonymity and peace of mind.

Our Website is insured by Network Solutions, Inc. for $1,000,000 (one million dollars) assuring anyone staying in our facility and or sending us information via our Web Site is protected and Safe.

Internet Explorer Version 6  will not have a problem with the DVRX.ocx file, if you experience a problem using Internet Explorer Version 6 please call us immediately at 1-888-80-SOBER.

Internet Explorer Version 7 a Security Setting must be changed to allow for the DVRX.cox file to be installed on your Computer.

After you have viewed our Live Webcam Tour of our Facility and you wish to remove the DVRX.ocx file from your Computer you may and instructions are included on this page to both allow the DVRX.ocx file to be installed and then removed if you like.
