$450.00 is required to move into the Cleveland House to become a resident at this time. This is a special rate, we normally have a security deposit . Act now for this special rate
- $250.00 - Required for 1 (one) weeks apartment rental in advance.
- $00.00 - No Security Deposit is required.
- $200.00 - Administration Fee is required.

Alcohol and Drug Policy
The Cleveland House is a “Alcohol and Drug Free Community”. Usage of any type of mind altering substance is not permitted and will result in immediate termination as our resident . There are no exceptions, to this policy.
